Fitness for every body.
I believe fitness should be for everyone, wherever your starting point may be. From a complete nervous beginner to a fully trained athlete, a programme should be tailored to your unique goals and motivation.
I offer customised personal training and nutritional advice, so you can build and develop long term fitness and healthy habits, enabling you to reach your goals and hopefully beyond.
No false promises of perfection, no magic pill, just good old fashioned physical effort in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment. It’s the best way to get long term results.
If you are interested to find out more, or would like to work with me then please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you!
It’s all about finding your element.
Gotta keep going.
I’m a 42 year old mum with a lifelong love of sports. Over the years I’ve enjoyed playing football, cricket, running, climbing and swimming, and for the last 10 years I’ve been an obsessive road cyclist and pilates nut!
I’ve suffered for many years with chronic back pain and 6 years ago I was diagnosed with a degenerative spinal arthritis.
Whilst this may often curtail my own personal fitness goals I never let it beat me. I use fitness and training as my lifeline, keeping things positive and my condition at bay.
It’s also the inspiration that pushed me on to becoming a personal trainer, in the hope that I can help others on their health and fitness journey.
Get with the programme.
S, M or L, one size doesn’t fit all.
We’re all different, which is why my training plans are too. Whether you’re looking to improve core strength, smash a PB in your sport, or simply be fitter, healthier and 'get into shape’, I’ll get to know you and your goals and then help you achieve them.
I specialise in 1:1 and 1:2 personal training, so we can focus on what works best for you and your lifestyle and needs.
I like to keep things friendly and personal, so with group workouts you won’t find yourself in a huge, intimidating class.
Cycling is my chosen sport and passion so I also offer specific PT programmes and small classes tailored to help cyclists get results and take their riding to the next level.
If you’re not sure where to start or just need some advice or motivation, please don’t hesitate to contact me. We can find what works for you.
